How do I check clicker ring diameter and closure specifications?
For a segment or clicker ring, compare the selected variant's gauge, inside diameter and closure type; outside diameter is a different measurement. Additional wholesale buying questions
What is the difference between ASTM F136 and ASTM F67?
ASTM F136 specifies wrought titanium-6aluminum-4vanadium ELI alloy for surgical implant applications; ASTM F67 covers unalloyed titanium. They are different material specifications. Confirm the exact grade, tests and traceability for the item you are buying rather than treating the names as interchangeable.
Is a laboratory test report the same as a mill certificate?
No. A laboratory report describes the submitted sample and the tests performed. A mill certificate normally relates to a material heat or lot and its traceability. Ask for the document required for your exact SKU and batch before ordering; the published sample reports do not establish that mill certificates or ISO 9001 certification are available for every order.
What payment terms do you accept?

Is gold PVD suitable for an initial piercing?
A gold-colour PVD finish and an ASTM material reference alone do not establish suitability for an initial piercing. The exact substrate, coating, surface condition, dimensions, preparation and supporting documents must be assessed. Ask a qualified piercer to evaluate the exact item; do not assume every plated style is suitable.
What does implant-grade titanium mean?
The term refers to a stated implant-material specification, not a guarantee that every finished jewelry item has been certified or is supplied sterile. Review the material standard, the relevant report and its scope, and the traceability for the selected product and batch. Finished dimensions, surface and connection quality still require separate checks.
Can I order samples before a wholesale purchase?
Contact Axis Titanium with the product links or SKUs, selected sizes, quantities and delivery country to ask about a sample order. Availability, charges, shipping and any minimum must be confirmed in the quotation. Do not assume samples are free or exempt from the published wholesale minimum.
Where will my order ship from?

The published SGS reports identify China as the country of origin of the submitted samples; that is not proof of the dispatch location for every shipment. Do you offer 14G, 16G, 18G and 20G sizes?
The catalog includes these gauge collections: nominal 14G is 1.6 mm, 16G is 1.2 mm, 18G is 1.0 mm and 20G is 0.8 mm. Gauge is shaft thickness, not wearable length or ring diameter. Available combinations differ by SKU; check the selected variant and component compatibility before ordering.
